Michael Gottlieb is an experienced business law attorney. His practice focuses on business law, corporate counsel, business start-ups, business purchases and sales, entrepreneur’s issues, and real estate transactions. Michael is experienced in licensing compliance, including alcohol (beer, wine, and liquor), mortgage lending, mortgage servicing, consumer lending, and real estate brokers and agents, across all 50 states.

Small businesses face a variety of legal challenges, and Michael has experience and knowledge to guide his clients. From entity formation, agreements with co-owners and investors, coordination with lenders, and drafting contracts for employment, independent contractors, and customers, to regulatory compliance, coordination with tax professionals, licensing, and litigation, he can assist a small business on all legal matters.

Michael is a member of the Oregon State Bar and Washington State Bar. He obtained his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, with a Certificate in Business Law, from Northwestern School of Law at Lewis and Clark College.
